Positive attention and praise are the most effective rewards for good behaviour. A reward chart is a useful way to re-enforce good behaviour on the spot and the star chart can be a great tool for things like potty training.
 
This sparkly unicorn reward chart drop box is 25cm tall and 30cm wide! Each star has golden glitter from both sides. Although very pretty in pink, this can be painted in any colours :)
